Further to our telephone conversation with me today and your request for access to Nat I wish to point out that you are the author of your own misfortune. You were the instigator of the unnecessary proceedings in the Magistrates Court and as a result you are now aware of course of the Court’s insistence that my daughter is prevented by Court Order from contacting you for a minimum period of one year.

I mention in passing that you had every opportunity of having Nat from last October and you have consistently refused. It has now been seven months since you have seen Nat and although I am very loathe to have any contact with you, in the circumstances as a matter of courtesy only and in Nat’s interests I am prepared to bring him to 2X XXXXXXX XXXX under my constant supervision and strictly in accordance with the time limit which will unable you to familiarise yourself with him again.

The express condition is that his presence will be limited to 2X XXXXXXX XXXXX and that he should not be taken from the house until I think the time is correct. You should also make proper arrangements for his food and toilet requirements during that period. Under no circumstances will Nat be allowed to stayover because quite frankly I do not trust you as you are constantly changing your mind to suit yourself. If any of these conditions are breached you may take it that my supervision will cease automatically.

You should now write to me without prevarication confirming and indicate the time of the first visit which I will try to accommodate bearing in mind that Nat is at school twice a week.

If you are considering seeking any further unpleasant and unnecessary unfounded and malicious proceedings you can take it that my suggestion of courtesy will immediately terminate.

At no time will you be permitted to come to where Nat and Jezebel are living at present and should also appreciate it if you would not telephone here either.

All contact must be made by letter addressed to me personally.
